Terminal

Current Mood: rushed
BG Music: buzzing of CPUs sang by UPLB Main Library

It was actually my very first time to use the Ubuntu Terminal. It was really fun discovering and learning things about Terminal.

Somehow it was easier to use Terminal than its Windows counterpart Command Prompt. The exercise was very exciting. You get to do trial-and-error. Encoding the commands was like dipping your foot in a swimming pool to see if it's deep.

And if I may recall, I have here are list of some commands we were taught:

ls
cd
clear
date
mkdir
man
mv
cd
/home/user/Desktop
cp
rm
history
cal
pwd

I've researched some more commands which I can be found here.

At the end of the day, I learned that indeed, we should thank God and thank all the computer geniuses out there for making the Graphical User Interface.
